FLOUR FEED FARM FOR RENT

Description of the factory:

Hourly production capacity: 7.000 kg .

Storage capacity: 4.000.000 kg.

Storage capacity for fats: 40.000 kg of lard or oils in three differentiated deposits with volumetric control.

Personnel needs: Estimated 1 employee.

Elevator with exit to the truck loading area.

Blueprints available, but only of the original factory.

13 silos:
3 x 700 tons each = 2.100 tons
3 x 300 tons = 900 tons
4 x 125 tons = 600 tons
1 x 80 tons = 80 tons
1 x 45 tons = 45 tons
1 x 20 tons = 20 tons

The first 10 silos have a solid concrete foundation and the three smaller ones have their own leg support.

The feed falls through gravity directly into the silos from the elevator.

Processing Room - 10 Silos:
Size 20 x 10 x 6 m.
3 silos of finished feed 4 tons each.
2 silos of finished feed of 2 x 6 tons.
5 silos for truck loading x 13 tons each.
1 packer.

Control mechanisms:

Modem connection available.

INFRARED THERMOMETER

Uses:
- To compare between temperatures of semen and extender
- Check temperatures of water baths and refigerators
- Measure temperatures of the doses
- Other uses in the farm and in the laboratory
- Laser pointer for presentations.
